Well....let me first say this has nothing to do with Twilight so ya...lol...well you see i like this guy named Zach. Weve been a couple before but he broke it off cus he said we are to good of friends. But lately he has been flirting alot. Like he will come up to me in the hall's and tickle me and i gave him a ride home the other day and we sat close together and he didnt move or anything and we pass notes EVERY day. But when i ask him out he turns me down....should i play hard to get and make him ask me?....do u think he likes me?...ADVICE PLZ and thank u!!!

I would just stop asking him - I've figured out with guys that the less attention you pay them the better off you are. Flirting is cool - but don't let him know that your still really interested.

Playing hard to get never works out - at least not for me. See my problem is that all of the guys I like don't like me - and all of the ones that I don't like do like me. I also seem to have this issue that I don't know when someone likes me, my friend Ben for instance - he was in love with me for like 3 years and I never knew it until our other friend told me.

Plus I always seem to get the guys that end up being freaky stalkers - so maybe you shouldn't take my advice lol!

Well his "just too good of friends" thing was just a bs excuse, I'm afraid. He probably just wants to date around and not be held down to a girl. So if and when you get with him, he's going to be a typical young guy and be flaky with you and flirty with everyone else. There's a good chance that you're just another 7-11 stop on his girl train.

There's a huge part of me that wants to agree with Arienette. I've had that happen before and it, sadly, has a lot to do with the fact that he likes the attention you're giving him. I'm sure he likes the control and I'm sure he loves the attention, like most boys do. Don't send him notes, don't give him the time of day. He's being a typical guy and, sadly, he obviously is just using an excuse. I'm sorry you have to deal with that crap.

i think u should play hard to get but not too hard. like maybe flirt back once a week and of course, passing notes is fine. i dont think his "too good of friends" was BS. it sounds like u guys are GREAT friends. i kno i was nervous to go out with my current BF when he asked cuz he was such a great friend to me. im glad that u guys still ARE friends after u asked him. eventually, if u guys really should be together, then he will see. trust me, if he's 13 [like it says on ur profile info under ur pic, not being stalkerish... just needed to know. lolz.] give him sometime. its a RATHER awkward stage then. how long has he known u? that might be a factor. he's seen u thru most of ur awkward life if hes known u for a few years. i know that doesnt usually work out when a guys known a girl for those awkward times. so hope that helps.
