Random Rants

For those of you who know mugglecast, Matt and Andrew are going to start their own Twilight website, this after Andrew got mad about people emailing the show about twilight a couple months back. Now that he jumped on the bandwagon he wants a fansite. This is an angry rant.
I know there are people who will welcome their fansite and be wicked excited, but I'm a bit offended that all of a sudden just because it's a big deal they want in on the franchise.
I'm not trying to start a fansite feud war, like some of the HP ones. I am just really upsetted by this. Yes, it is a free country and all that jazz, but it's the principle of the thing. Andrew doesn't even know that Breaking Dawn is already finished!!!!
Sorry, had to get it out.

Other Random Rants welcome on anything at all. Tell us how much you hate poppy seeds or whatever.

ahh.

that is not fair at all. I mean... I understand why he would like twilight and everything. but now he is going to act like he is the expert somehow of this whole series. That really sucks. If he is going to do something like that then I really hope he actually informs himself. If he doesn't then he is much more arrogant than i expected. argh....

Yeah, I can't say we're pleased, either. And unfortunately, since he has the following already, it'll probably be quite big. We're not exactly A.Sims fans around here...

I'm glad I'm not upsetting the admins, I was worried you would think that I was trying to stir up trouble. I'm just offended as a Twilight fan at his ignorance for the established fandom/fansites.

agh. It would just suck so bad if they decided to make a twilight podcast after mugglenet dies.

I swear... i will boycott it. Phases was here first.

As of now it's not planned, but I could see that happening after they are done....I thought they would do just an entertainment podcast, but if they do Twilight they will lose a lot more of my respect.

SO here is a random rant for you...I can't stand when people say that they're huge fans of something, but don't even know the thing. Like I'll say that I like something, but I'm not a "fan" until I've researched and know all there is out there to know. Not to say that I am an expert on all of the things I claim to be a "fan" of, but I do know about it. I know a lot of people who say they are fans of a certain band, or music artist but they only know the one song they have on the radio. Also with Twilight as soon as I finished reading them, I went and researched everything I could about the books. I just wish that I wasn't annoyed so easily, but I just hate posers. Especially when it comes to music...K I'm done.

It will be very interesting, he has the ability to pull thousands of people to his site, now I don't mean to bitch, but that doesn't sit overly well with me when Phases has been doing this for months, and MUCH LONGER fans of the series.
It's his right to make it yeah, but he isn't a true fan of Twilight in my opinion. He may be one day yes, but not yet

Yeah, I do think thats a little bandwagon-y.

Here is my rant:

I'm really mad my dad made me get a new mattress for my bed. I've had my mattress for a long time and I love it and I'm used to it. Now, He made me get a new one because whenever company comes and sleeps in my bed, they complain its hard as a rock blah blah blah. So now, they got a new mattress for me, and I sleep like crap in it, keep waking up multiple times. It feels like they are trying to please company that comes a few times a year rather than have me sleep well and be comfortable in my own bed that I sleep in every other day!!!!!! [and its every other day b/c my parents have joint custody so i go back and forth between houses every other day haha.]

Do you still have the old one, because you could run operation swap mattresses, it would be dangerous, but worth it....

My little rant is directed at the Parents Weasley (my mom and dad) because they told me that I could choose whether or not to go to my brothers basketball game tonight. I chose to stay home and finish homework. I hear my mom yell "Dinnertime" so I go to eat and she goes "Oh I didn't make a vegetarian part of the mean tonight" so I said "I'll just whip something up and eat with you guys" and she goes "Why don't you just wait until we're gone at the basketball game? Go upstairs please."
So I was exiled from family dinner tonight. Which is lame, so I figured a small rant would be acceptable.
