Kay, bout the cover. Just seeing it without having read the book yet, I think it's lame. I mean, I guess you could say that for each book in the Twilight series. But once I read it, I think there's going to be a BIG connection between the cover and the book.

And to the first chapter, all I can say is...

I second that!! you know how on a podcast (i dont remember witch one) vanessa actually told andrew to pirate Twilight whenit came out, and i was like DEFINITALEY!! i am sorry and i know its illegal but like they should release everything on the same day, its not fair! lol

ohmigosh i actually debated on reading the first chapter because i thought i would just bum myself out cuz i still have 2 months to go! but i couldnt resist and now im just waaaaayyyyy more excited

the only reason Seth is friends with Edward is because Seth's role model, Jacob, is gone (kinda). I miss Jacob now. Like really miss him. But Seth is pretty cool.

oh god now Breaking Dawn and Bella mixed with vampire sounds weird.

yea it kinda does, but the preface really freaked me out, like i know its when edward is going to bite bella but it still freaked me out!

i pretty much screamed in joy for like ten minutes when i saw the cover and finished reading that.
oh my gawd.
i can't wait now, two months is waay too long.
i can't stop hyperventilating.

by the way, i personally love the cover. it's kind of random, i mean, it's chess. but still, i like it. a lot.

I don't think it's when Edward is going to bite Bella because there's too much tention for when Bella would turn into a vampire. Also she doesn't look at being turned into a vampire as "killing".
I think that Edward has lost control and is running on his instincts and Bella doesn't want to hurt him.

I personally like the cover. I wish there was less like, stuff, on there but other than that I like it. There has to be some symbolism between the queen and the pawn. Some of the other covers seemed a little random.

lol i know! like the flower had nothing to do with New moon, at all and the ribbon didnt have anything to do with Eclipse, the only one that had any relevance was twilight

I think the cover does symbolize a lot - I mean it's a chess match - and chess is ALL about strategy and winning the game. So I think that will have a TON to do with the last book. I think out of all the covers this one might just be my favorite, only because there can be so many hidden meanings and reasonings behind it.

And can I just say that I seriously can NOT wait for the part of the book that is on the poster - I mean HAI does that or does that not sound like the moment we've all been waiting for the entire series!! Sorry - I'm just a wee bit excited is all - even if I didn't like the first chapter much LoL

*squeeee!* i LOVE it. unfortunately, I went to B&N today and they didn't have the SE of Eclipse. And I'm like, "Are you frikin' kidding me?!" so I clicked the linka dn read the first chapter there. I'm suprised with Bella's mom & dad's reactions. but at the same time, it really WAS coming. so yeah(:

i'm kinda nervous about the cover. a game of chess is very complicated .. but it's a really attractice cover =D
