Treetops?

This isn't really about any casting but I found it on MTV.com and thought you guys might find it interesting.

‘Twilight’ Co-Star Rachelle Lefevre Talks Treetop Controversy
If it’s possible to create a riot in cyberspace, “Twilight” star Kristen Stewart may have done just that a few weeks ago, mentioning a scene in the upcoming movie in which “[Robert Pattinson as Edward] throws me over his back, right before he’s going to tell me that he’s a vampire, and then he runs over the treetops.”

Some 1,600 comments later, the debate rages on, over whether the scene strays too far from the book’s depiction. Naturally, when we landed the first-ever on-set “Twilight” interview with Stewart’s co-star Rachelle Lefevre, we had to get her thoughts on whether those treetops would be tweaking “Twilight” too much.

“There’s a scene where Edward reveals to Bella that he is a vampire, and he doesn’t just reveal that he’s a vampire, he reveals all that that encompasses,” Lefevre said of the script. “It’s almost a demonstration, and I think that scene is going to be amazing.”

Hmm, this didn't really clear anything up. It must have something to do with the meadow scene if its when Edward is revealing himself for what he really is. Maybe when he's freaking out and running around the field, breaking trees, maybe he climbs them too? I hope they don't have him actually running on top of trees. That would kinda seem like he's able to fly, which vampires can't. I'm just gonna keep reminding myself that the books and the movie are two different things so I don't get too worked up over Edward's tree climbing abilities

Yeah, that would just be so odd. I would just like scoff and be like...that cant really happen. People will look at me odd, but i'd just be like, read the books people.

I just really sit and think about it and what are they going to do? Leap like Tarzan, or are the trees going to be close enough to actually just run. I just giggle thinking about it. I guess if they make it look...not cheesy I'll be okay with it. It's just silly...Oh and I really can't think of a time when they were just hanging out in treetops, ???? I don't know. I guess we'll just wait and see.

I would absolutely hate it is Edward was able to run on top of treetops. That is so frickin stupid and It would ruin the movie.

What if they made him spout wings from his back to fly over the treetops! I think I would laugh so hard that every moviegoer would hate me by the end of the movie.

I would cry if that happened. I'm so worried that they're gonna have them be able to fly. I would walk out of the theater and make sure everyone else in there knew that they'd butchered the book

yeah.... they better not butcher the book! so many people would be dissapointed
If that does happen all twilight fans should unite and start a riot against the movie studios.

Oh yeah, and the Cullens, well all the vampires I guess, will have fangs, a problem with garlic, and they'll turn into dust in the sun...guarenteed! Oh yeah, Edward will be able to turn into a giant bat, thus enabling him to carry Bella over the treetops.

I know. It's funny when I talk to my friends and family about the books, they ask about how they can be out in the daytime, and "why not just repel them with garlic". I have to defend my real vampires, not movie fantasy. lol
