I loved the scene when they are in the tent and Jacob has to climnb in with Bella to save her toes and such. It was so funny and made me feel sorry for Edward. I loved the conversation they have when she is suposedaly asleep. It shows the differneces between Jacob and Edward. We see more of Jacob's snipness and bluntness. I love the lines he gives, like sugesting that they take of thier clothes or that her lips needed to be warmed. It was annoying of Jacob but funny at the same time. I hope she does Eclipse from Edward's piont of view becuase I would love to know what his day dreams were.

I can believe that he said all that to Edward. Jacob would do just about anything to have Edward lose his temper so they could fight LoL

It was nice to finally see the two of them actually interact with each other out loud and not Edward reading Jacobs mind the entire time. And just answering him or only giving snit bits of what was being said in Jacobs mind.

I would love just to see that chapter from Edwards point of view - it would be rather interesting.

I love that scene! It's probably one of my favourites in the whole series. Very Happy

Even though Jacob is my favourite character, I was pretty damn annoyed at him. I don't think he was trying to get Edward to fight him, but he was being really irritating.
And by the end they were sort-of getting along and I was all "Awww!" and wanted to hug both of them.

that was probably my favorite chapter out of Eclipse. I could see Jacob saying all that stuff to Edward, I mean he's fighting for Bella so he's going to use Edward's temper to his advantage. But, it was hilarious and an awesome scene!

I hated that scene! Jake was being such an a-hole! If I were in Edwards position, and someone was "shouting" dirty thoughts at me about the love of my existence, yeah, I would ripped his face off.

I loved this chapter in the book. I still can't believe that Jacob would say those things. Well... actually I can. I felt soooooo bad for Edward when I was reading that because Jacob's thoughts mixed in with his actions was probably killing Edward on the inside. For once Edward was helpless when it came to helping his love stay alive. Sad

I absolutely LOVED the tent scene! I was reading it while on vacation in the car, and started giggling hysterically. Of course, everyone wants to know what's so funny, and I couldn't exactly tell them, could I?

ANyway, it was good to get inside Ed's head there in that scene, you know?

During this scene I was seriously annoyed but I couldn't help but laughing because it was cracking me up! Plus for once Jacob had the advantage which was new. Plus, I like Jacob even though he was being the version "who annoys the hell out of me." (said by Bella)

This part of Eclipse is sort of iffy for me, but is definatly a crutial part to the story. I found it a good opporunity to understand the cooperation between Vampires and Werwolves, or at least Edward and Jacob.

It was a cruel few hours for Edward, being stuck in a tent where his moral enemy was the one truely protecting Bella; at the same time he was being tormented by the thoughts flying through Jacob's mind, being that close to Bella. Even though it is not something that I was completly a fan over, I liked being able to see the triangle ready to jump the cliff (heh).

this was seriously one of my favorite scenes, in fact, i was just re-reading it last night, and i agree with everyone who wants to see it from edwards point of view!!!!!! i do feel bad for edward about what he has to hear in jacob's mind, but (and i can't believe i'm actually saying this because i REALLY dislike jacob) you can't always help what pops into your mind. i'm sure, at first, that jacob's fantasies weren't meant to be vindictive in any way. later, however, i'm less convinced...... anyway, let me know your thoughts!

At first I don't think he remembered that Edward could see all that he was thinking. But then I think that he wanted to taunt Edward a little bit, which is horrible. Seriously, I woulda broke his leg if I was Edward.
