| My friend sent me this link http://www.freewebs.com/thedarksidecometh/MIDNIGHT%20SUN%201-12.pdf and said that it was the first 12 chapters of Midnight Sun and that it was leaked. Is it true? The writing does sound a little Stephenie Meyerish but I was not sure. So I did a little research on it and every site says the same thing. That, " it could be it but nobody will know until Midnight Sun is released."
I'm sure somebody has already posted this. If they have just ignore this.

| I was soo tempted. I read the first five chapters and then I was like "DON'T DO IT EMILY! DON'T DO IT! Your gonna wreck it!" So I stopped. Somebody reminded me that Stephenie gave a copy to Robert Pattinson. I don't know how excacly it would be leaked through him BECAUSE HE IS AWESOME but ya I guess somebody could have gotten a hold of his copy somehow or maybe even got a copy of Stephenie's. But 'cha know. Guess we'll never know if it is the real thing 'till the book comes out. (OMG HOW LONG IS THAT GONNA BE???!!!)

| That's what I thought. There are some pretty obsessed fans but who would read Twilight and then try to copy it all down in Edward's view. That would take so long!

and lol, I found myself reading the first chapter over again, and then I realized I was on chapter five and was like "Stop it! Stop it right now!". |

| i read it... but thats because i honestly don't think it IS it..... just a very VERY good fanfic. honestly, the only time it has been out of SM's sight was when she let rob pattinson read it.... and we don't even know if it was a printed copy... it could be just like her first chapter on her site: an unprintable and unsavable pdf
plus.... if he even did get a hard copy (which i still think is doubtful) it would have "copyright stephenie meyer" and CONFIDENTIAL stamped at least once on every page.....
also if you keep reading all the pages get way out of order..... not very professional...
but i've decided that i was glad i read it because its not like it gives anything we don't know away and if its not real (and i still think it isnt) then its good publicity for her
besides... why only leak half the book?

| This COULD be part of midnight sun. You see, there's this thing called hacking...
And Stephenie said she only finished half the book. If you're planning to spend most of the next year writing it then you're probably not that far in.

| yea, but i have seen somewhere before a direct quote from stephenie saying she is over half way through.... and she's not spending most of the year writing so much as she is editing.... coming from a girl who has a possible future career in this... believe me the editing takes WAY longer than the writing (i have spent thirty solid minutes, probably longer, trying to tweak ONE WORD in a story i was writing.... i know that's super lame, but editing is my passion and if it ain't perfect im definitely not turning it in!) heehee!
