He is definitely my favorite of all of the Volturi...
I think he is so funny, flamboyant, and eccentric.
Although he is kinda weird I can't help but feel that maybe he isn't all that bad.
example: "And Alice and Bella too!" he rejoiced, clapping his thin hands together. "This is a happy surprise! Wonderful!"

I definitely can see some happy skipping old man as Aros.

I love Aro, because to me, the way he is so crazy and friendly makes him even more of a threat I guess you could say. He is an evil, royal vampire and the way he is just so nice and out there makes me most worried about him the Marcus and caius. Aro just really scares me...

I agree. the fact that he is so strangely nice somehow lets me know that he has something more to hide.
I love that about him though. i don't think I will ever expect what he is going to do.

I thought he was funny. He reminded me of Carson whats his name [from Queer Eye] in like 50 years. hahaha. Except with some evil in him. Odd, I know.

I just thought Aro was hilarious. He is such a dynamic character... and there is definitely many layers to his personality... he is so interesting.

I kinda liked Aro. I mean yeah, he was kinda scary and you know that he slaughted an entire village when they tried to burn Jane and Alec at the stake for witchcraft. But still, his enthusiasum to see Bella and Alice and Edward was kinda cute. He was just so positive about everything! You could tell that he was the most sympathetic of the three. He refused to help Edward kill himself and he let Edward take Bella out of Volturi alive. He seems like the most civilized to me.
Caius is the one that gives me the willies. He was so insistent that Bella not be allowed to leave Italy alive, and seemed disappointed when Aro let them go. He seems like the most evil of the three.

Aro is awesome, no doubt about it. his character is so much fun, and energetic. i think Aro will be the highlight of New Moon on the big screen, i just can't wait to see that part of the book acted out. XD

This is going to sound werid, but Aro reminds me of what my science teacher would be like if he was drunk.

I can't remember but did we see any of Marcus in New Moon? I pretty sure we didn't but I dunno.

Poor vampie. I would hate it if I lost my boyfriend ...I don't have one, but still; If I had one, it would suck if he died.
The reason he creeps me out is because I think that all his happyness is so out of place with where they are and his line of work.

i don't know how ppl will react to this but Johnny Depp would play Aro really well. not that they would EVER be able to get him in the movie...
