yeah... looks like we just found a mistake in Stephenie' books. Unless Laurent and Irina had a special power thing that allowed them to sense how each other is at any moment. i really wouldn't buy that esp. since Edward would know if Laurent had any powers and he didn't. That seems like a cop-out to me.

Yeah, I guess Stephenie just needed an excuse for the Denali clan not to come, and build up the pressure for the Cullens, but it doesn't actually make any sense!

yeah... It doesn't someone really should e-mail Stephenie and ask her b/c this is going to really annoy me. Unless Victoria told the Denali Family... and that wouldn't make sense b/c she doesn't even really know the family and how did she find out that the wolves killed Laurent.

Yeah, I guess Victoria could have told them but that doesn't seem very likely. Victoria doesn't seem to really care about anyone else but herself. Unless maybe she told the Denali girls, hoping that they'd come help her take care of the pack. But then again, Victoria was all about not letting anyone know she was involved in the battle. We need to email Stphenie!

yeah... I think that would work out the best because I was just on her sight and read that she has no e-mail for fans... and no snail mail either. We are going to have to figure this out ourselves... Unless someone can reach her and ask her.

Do we know how old Tanya is? Like her physical age when she was changed. I get the impression that she's the leader of the Denali clan but if she was attracted to Edward I imagined her young-ish. How old do you guys imagine her to be?

Well who's to say that Edward or one of the Cullens didn't tell the Denali family themselves? The Denali family and the Cullens are fairly close...

I imagine her in either her late teens or early twenties. Around Edward's age. Unless you're talking about vampire years.

Well, if the Denali coven is friends with the Cullens, wouldn't they keep up on each other's news and such? So maybe the cullens told them before about Laurant and that's how they knew. we don't know EVERYTHING that's going on, all the time. it was just behind the scenes.
