Um, every girl and some women (Mrs. Cope, anyone?) in Forks are in love with Edward. Tanya could end up being an ally to the Cullen's in BD. Or she could make things worse. No judgement on her until I get more info.

You know in Eclipse when Bella was hesitant about the diamond, and Alice was like, "He's already got one on-" dot dot dot? I think Edward might have cut her off because she could have been talking about Tanya. Like, Edward felt he had dissapointed Carlisle and Esme because he hadn't found anybody for him yet and he tried to force feelings on another girl, Tanya, before he realized they weren't actual feelings, and he doesn't want Bella to know that. Crazy, I know.

I get weird vibes from Tanya. Like she is going to do something I won't like. Which is weird b/c she hasn't even been in a book. I feel like she will be stuck up or something.

Oh! STUCK UP?!?!?! She's probably gonna be totally pissed that Edward picked Bella, let alone a human, instead of her. When Edward said in Eclipse that she showed "a preference" for him, I don't think it was only a preference...

Yeah, I think that's an example of Edward's complete and utter politeness. I mean it's totally obvious there was something going on there, but it's not like he's going to say anything about it.

My theory is.....
The Denali clan is going to come to the wedding, because they are friends with the Cullens. Plus they've been mentioned way to much!

that Tanya is going to dislike Bella, and be jealous of her but Edward is not going to have those kind of feelings for Tanya. Bella will never have competition in Edward's eyes.

But something is going to go on between the werewolves and The Denali clan because Laurent going to Alaska, and then being killed by the werevolves has to be something. It just can't be random.

Yeah, like instead of ki9lling the pack, Tanya strikes a deal with them where Jacob gets Bella and Tanya gets Edward - and they'll have to do it by force. Shocked
